Why I Built This (No, The Robots Aren’t Taking My Job)

I've navigated the ever-changing landscape, staying on top of trends, challenges, and industry triumphs. My commitment to continuous learning ensures that I’m always ahead of the curve, which allows me to bring that up-to-date knowledge into every project. I also contribute regularly to industry publications, sharing insights that help push the industry forward.
  • I've submitted an enquiry. When can I expect a reply?
    Firstly, thanks so much for reaching out. Once your enquiry hits my inbox, you can expect a reply within 72 hours.
  • How soon can I book in my project?
    I’m big on vibes, so, we’ll kick things off with a discovery call to get a feel for what you’re after and see if we’re a match made in copy heaven. Heads up: I book out fast (Alexa, play "Popular" from Wicked), so please allow up to 6 weeks for me to start writing.
  • Do I have to pay a deposit?
    Yep. A 50% deposit secures your spot in my schedule, and the remaining 50% is due once you’re thrilled with the final copy.
  • When can I expect to receive my copy?
    Just like *those* skin results (IYKYK), good copy takes time. Typically, projects can take anywhere from 1–4 weeks, depending on the scope and what’s in the pipeline. But don’t worry - I’ll keep you in the loop at every step, so there are no surprises.
  • I have changes. Can I request these?
    Of course. One round of changes is included with your project. Additional changes and requests outside the original scope of work, will be charged at an hourly rate.
  • I'm on a budget. How can I work with you?
    I get it - hiring a copywriter can be an investment. I offer pre-made templates and guides in The Copy Shop to help you get started. If you're feeling bold, these can help you DIY your brand’s voice without blowing the budget.
  • Do you have payment plans available?
    No. Payment plans are not currently available. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.
  • Will my copy sound like everyone else's?
    No way. Every brand has its own quirks, and my job is to bring yours to life in a way that’s unique to you. From sassy to serene, we’ll nail down your voice, so your copy stands out in a crowded market.
  • Can I see examples of your work?

  • I'm building a new website. Does this have to be finished before copy can start?
    Not necessarily! In fact, a lot of designers prefer having the copy first, so they can structure the site around it. If you’re in the design phase, I love getting a sneak peek at the design! It helps me understand the layout and how much copy to write.
  • Do you offer SEO services?
    I’m not a SEO wizard, but I can write with SEO in mind. That means I’ll make sure we’re using the right keywords naturally, structuring the copy well, and writing in a way that both Google and humans will love.
  • Can you manage my socials?
    Nope, I’m a copywriter, not a social media manager! While I can create scroll-stopping captions, I leave the scheduling, posting, and community management to the social media pros. Think of me as the person who provides the words that make your socials shine, while someone else presses publish.
  • What do you mean by 'tone of voice'?
    Think of it like your brand’s personality in words. Are you casual and friendly? Polished and professional? Quirky with a twist? Your tone of voice should reflect who you are, and I’ll help make sure it does.
  • Is copy and content the same?
    Great question! Copy is meant to sell or prompt action, while content is more about educating or engaging. I do both, so whatever your needs, I’ve got you covered!
  • Can I work with you on an ongoing basis?
